As an Events Planner, I’ve been asked to locate services for customers such as a singing telegram service, a wedding chapel, a directory or guide for planning a wedding, a kids bounce, etc. Although these are valid services which an Events Planner may need on occasion for a client, an Event Planner’s focus is planning and organizing each step of an upcoming event for clients from start to finish so that you can relax and enjoy the event. You may also call us and we can schedule a one-hour complimentary consultation to discuss your event and our fee for services that we can provide for you, whether they are partial or full-service events planning.
After the completion of the event, we may request that our clients complete a customer satisfaction survey to measure our overall effectiveness. Our goal is to provide excellent customer satisfaction in all aspects of the event.
